Northern Field Star Trails

Date:               April 13, 2001

Location:         Peach Mountian 

Equipment:     Canon F-1 camera on tripod - 24mm f2.8 lens stopped to f4

Conditions:     Last Quarter Moon - sky kind of bright due to auroral glow

Film:               Fuji Superia 800 X-tra    

Exposure:       15 minutes

Comments:     The reds and greens indicate to me that there was some general aurora glow - even though we did not see any rays or movement.
